You can now pay for your cycle via our secure Commonwealth Bank online payment platform on our website.
If Medicare applies to your circumstances, Medicare online claims are available at all Rainbow Fertility clinics. This secure and convenient method allows you to claim your rebate without visiting a Medicare office, reducing the time between payment and receiving any eligible Medicare rebates.
Patients who are eligible for Medicare rebates can pay up to three days before their procedure.
Patients who are ineligible for Medicare are still able to pay for their treatment via the online patient platform. However, all payments are required to be paid in full on the day that you commence your treatment medications or day one of your cycle. This payment will be applied to your invoice on the day of your procedure.
Please refer to your individual fee estimate regarding the amount required to be paid and also for your unique identifier code (C code) which is required for all online payments.
This payment option allows the patient to make a direct debit/credit into Rainbow Fertility’s bank account. If patients wish to use this option full payment would need to be received into Rainbow Fertility’s bank account prior to egg collection. If direct debit/credit was to be made after the commencement of the patient’s cycle a credit card authorisation form would need to be completed prior to or on the day of commencing the cycle as a form of security. The credit card is not deducted unless payment is not received by the date of egg collection.
If paying via direct debit/credit it is vital that you put your Full Name in the description/reference section so we are able to allocate the payment to you. We do not recommend a cash transfer through your local bank as often the reference section is not noted making it difficult for us to identify you as the payee. Superannuation can be used to pay for essential IVF Treatment under the ATO’s Compassionate Release of Superannuation program. SuperCare streamlines the application process that is required to access Superannuation to pay for IVF treatments and all out of pocket expenses including private hospital fees, travel and accommodation. SuperCare operates on a no-fee – no approval basis.
