Sarah is a registered psychologist and clinical psychologist registrar currently working in perinatal mental health. Sarah strives to assist clients throughout their wellbeing journey by utilising a non-judgement, compassionate and reflective approach that incorporates a range of evidence-based interventions. This includes Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and attachment-based models. She has experience working with a range of mental health issues with a particular interest in grief and loss, trauma and fertility counselling.
Sarah is a provisional member of the Australian and New Zealand Infertility Counsellors Association (ANZICA) and can provide donor conception counselling.
