A/Prof Teh’s seamless care spans the full fertility spectrum, including IVF, reproductive surgeries (laparoscopy and hysteroscopy), gynaecology, and donor conception. A/Prof Teh is committed to creating an inclusive and supportive environment where everyone feels empowered and respected throughout their fertility journey.

A/Prof Teh holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from Monash University, a Master of Reproductive Medicine from the University of New South Wales, and a PhD from the University of Melbourne. She completed her specialist training in obstetrics and gynaecology at Monash Medical Centre and pursued further reproductive medicine fellowship training at the Royal Women’s Hospital. Her extensive qualifications enable her to provide expert fertility care for individuals with a wide range of needs.

A/Prof Teh’s passion for research and teaching is evident through her numerous scholarly achievements and academic appointments. She serves as an honorary Senior Clinical Lecturer at the University of Melbourne and actively supervises both clinical and research students. As the Medical Director of the Victorian Public Fertility Care Services at the Royal Women’s Hospital, she focuses on providing equitable and inclusive care for all.

Her research interests focus on improving fertility outcomes, particularly in areas such as implantation failure and obstetric outcomes following IVF. She is also passionate about donor conception and helping LGBTQ+ families navigate the unique aspects of their fertility journeys. Fluent in English and Mandarin (中文), A/Prof Teh offers consultations in both languages to accommodate her diverse patient base.
