Dr Gary Brown obtained a degree in Science in 1990 majoring in Biochemistry and Microbiology and worked in medical research involving cell biology and cancer therapy. He then went on to obtain his medical degree at Sydney University in 2003. Dr Brown trained as an Obstetrician and Gynaecologist at The Royal Hospital for Women in Sydney’s eastern suburbs.
He has been working for the last six years as a Staff Specialist in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Lismore Base Hospital having held the role of Clinical Director of the Women’s Care Unit for much of that time.
Dr Brown combines his knowledge and experience in managing all areas of fertility with his strong focus on giving his patients the best chance of achieving a healthy pregnancy. He is committed to supporting and guiding his patients through every step of their journey.
Dr Brown provides patients with the full range of fertility, pregnancy care and fertility health choices. Dr Brown handles all aspects of all LGBTI+ fertility treatments ranging from surrogacy to egg and sperm donor cycles.
