Dr Mirmilstein works primarily in:
An experienced surgeon with expertise in all aspects of male and female infertility, Dr Mirmilstein has over 15 years’ experience in obstetrics and gynaecology.
He trained as an Obstetrician and Gynaecologist at the Royal Women’s Hospital in Melbourne, before completing a Fellowship in Advanced Laparoscopic (keyhole) Surgery at the Royal Women’s Hospital. Dr Mirmilstein also holds a Masters of Reproductive Medicine from the University of NSW.
Today, Dr Mirmilstein is an experienced surgeon, with a special clinical interest in infertility, including age-related infertility, PCOS and poor responders, endometriosis and pelvic pain. He performs the majority of operations, including myomectomies and hysterectomies, via the laparoscopic (keyhole) approach.
Dr Mirmilstein has worked with LGBTQ+ patients and welcomes the opportunity to discuss your situation and treatment options available.
Along with consulting for Rainbow Fertility, he also works and has admitting rights, at Melbourne’s Royal Women’s Hospital, Frances Perry House, St Vincent’s Private, Epworth Freemasons and The Avenue Private Hospitals.
